Building a Resilient Post-Pandemic Workforce
Tuesday, March 1
Registration is closed.

Building a resilient workforce is one of the most important leadership competencies required for success in a post-pandemic world. In a time of record-breaking voluntary attrition, resilient organizations are better able to cope with stress and change and have more engaged, innovative and productive workforces.

Resiliency is not an “initiative” but rather must become part of the organization’s DNA. Join us for a roundtable discussion on how credit unions can use the “Resiliency Cycle” as a road map for thriving in chaotic times; to move forward better and stronger than before the pandemic.

Speaker: Jason Rabalais, CECP, SPHR, Sr. Human Resources Consultant at Gallagher
