Jason Rabalais, CECP, SPHR, Sr. Human Resources Consultant, Gallagher

Jason Rabalais, CECP, SPHR, is a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Strategic HR Connector with Gallagher’s Human Resources Consulting team. He brings more than 20 years of human resources experience working primarily in the energy industry.

Jason joined Gallagher in June 2021 and works out of the Woodlands, TX, office. Prior to joining Gallagher, Jason spent 10 years with Southwestern Energy as an HR director. In his final role with Southwestern, he served as Head of Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and HRIS. Prior to Southwestern Energy, Jason held leadership positions with Shell, Home Depot and Entergy Corporation.

Jason is known for establishing collaborative relationships and quickly diagnosing and delivering solutions to organizational and people challenges. Having operated on the client side his entire career, he brings a unique set of competencies to help Gallagher’s clients successfully navigate HR challenges from employee relations to board engagement.
