Instagram boasts an amazing 7.5 million photos tagged with #unicorn. YouTube overflows with videos on how to make unicorn slime. This mythical creature seems to be everywhere…until it’s time for you to recruit key positions. The unicorns we’ll discuss are the hard-to-find, rare candidate profiles that organizations fight over every day.

Gallagher’s recent National Benchmarking Survey indicates that the number one priority for leadership is finding and keeping talent. There are several components of a successful strategy. This session will focus on a key step—developing your unique employer brand. An effective employer brand is attractive, authentic, distinct, and as compelling as your consumer brand. Most importantly, it must reflect your company values and culture.

Join your colleagues during the CUNA GAC conference for a spirited discussion on the challenges of attracting and retaining your unicorn and how to develop your unique employer brand.
