Area Vice President
Jeremy DeBruin is Area Vice President, Executive Benefits, in the Financial & Retirement Services practice area within Gallagher’s Benefits and HR Consulting division. As Area Vice President, he is responsible for specializing in the design and implementation of nonqualified executive benefit plans.
Jeremy has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in the design and implementation of nonqualified executive benefit plans. Jeremy began his career consulting for regional and community banks, and has spent the last decade working in the credit union industry.
Jeremy consults with credit union executives and boards to develop strategic benefit programs that focus on retaining,attracting, and rewarding their key people. He monitors all laws and regulations that affect executive benefit programs and the assets used to fund them. He also oversees a dedicated client service team that manages the day-to-day needs of our clients.
Jeremy is a national speaker at credit union industry events. He moderated the Chairs’ Roundtable at the 2017 NAFCU Annual Conference. Last year he presented “Executive Benefits: Top Three Trends” at both the NAFCU Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee Conference and the Moss Adams Credit Union Conference.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of California–Los Angeles., Jeremy lives in Utah with his wife and three children.
