Area Vice President
David Brock is Area Vice President, Executive Benefits, in the Financial & Retiremet Services practice area within Gallagher’s Benefits and HR Consulting division. As Area Vice President, he is responsible for design, implementation, and monitoring of nonqualified executive benefit plans.
David is an Area Vice President living in Houston, Texas and consults with credit unions in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 15 years serving as Board of Director for community, state and federal credit union boards, David is able to assist credit unions in designing optimal plans for executive benefits and compensation. Knowing that expense control and adherence to regulatory guidelines are top priorities, David’s background and board of director’s perspective has helped many credit unions navigate the executive benefit design and selection process.
David has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
